By inviting your maid to join your Listero account, you can assign specific tasks and provide detailed instructions—all within the app. 

Let’s explore how this feature can revolutionize your task management and create a harmonious and well-organized home.

Step 1: Invite Your Maid to Listero

  1. Open the Listero app and navigate to your profile screen.
  2. In the “People” section, tap on “+” to add a new contact.
  1. Enter your maid’s email address in the provided field.
  2. After adding the email, send the invitation by clicking the “Invite” button.
This step allows you to invite your maid to join Listero, ensuring they have access to the app for task management.

Step 2: Accept the Invitation (Maid’s End)

  1. Your maid will receive an invitation via email.
  2. When they receive the invitation, they should click on the provided link. If they already have the Listero app installed, it will open, and they can log in if necessary. If not, they will be directed to install the Listero app from the respective app storeand follow the previous steps.
  3. After logging in, they will be directed to accept your invitation to join your household. Simply follow the on-screen prompts to confirm.

Step 3: Share Household Chores

  1. After your maid accepts the invitation, you can go to the “Household Chores” screen in the app.
  2. Create a new task by clicking the “+” button.
  1. Fill in the task details and provide any specific instructions.
  2. Click on the “Share” icon.
  1. A list of your contacts, including your maid, will appear. Select your maid’s name.
  2. Click “Share.”

Real-Time Task Management

Now, you and your maid can efficiently manage household chores in real time:

  • Your maid will instantly receive the task you shared, along with your instructions.
  • As your maid completes tasks, they can mark them as “Done” within the app.
  • You can check the task list at any time to see what has been completed and what is pending.

With this simple process, you can streamline your household chores and create a more organized and harmonious home environment using Listero.
