1. Use of the App: Listero grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not use the App for any other purpose without Listero’s express prior written consent.
2. User Content: You are solely responsible for any content that you post, upload, or otherwise make available through the App. By posting or submitting any content to the App, you grant Listero a non-exclusive, transferable, sublicensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, copy, modify, create derivative works based on, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, and otherwise exploit in any manner such content in all formats and distribution channels now known or hereafter devised (including in connection with the App and Listero’s business and on third-party sites and services), without further notice to or consent from you, and without the requirement of payment to you or any other person or entity.
3. Subscription Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel your subscription, simply log in to your account on our website using your app account credentials. Once logged in, navigate to “My Subscriptions” and select the “Cancel” option. Please note that cancellation will not affect the validity of any payments made prior to the cancellation. 4. Payment: If you choose to subscribe to our premium service, you will be required to provide payment information. All payments are processed through our third-party payment processor, Stripe. By providing payment information, you agree to Listero’s use of Stripe for payment processing and to pay all fees and charges associated with your subscription.
5. Intellectual Property: All content and materials included in or made available through the App, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of Listero or its licensors and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our App without the prior written consent of Listero.
6. Privacy: Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Use by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and disclose information about you.
7. Termination: Listero reserves the right to terminate your access to and use of the App if we reasonably believe that you have violated or acted inconsistently with the letter or spirit of these Terms of Use, or violated our rights or those of another party. The termination of your app access may be without prior notice, and Listero may immediately deactivate or delete your account and all related information and files in your account. Upon app termination, your right to use the App stops right away. In the event of app termination, Listero will not provide any refund for any remaining portion of your subscription term, and any outstanding balances for the services received through the App become immediately due and payable.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties: The App is provided “as is” and without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied. Listero does not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
9. Limitation of Liability: Listero will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the use of the App, including any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages. In no event shall Listero’s total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the App.
